- Support the gathering of market intelligence on the education and corporate research landscape, competitor activity, and customer needs across Japan and South Korea.
- Assist in collecting and organizing customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and event debriefs to inform campaign direction and content relevance.
- Contribute to the creation of localized campaign briefs and quarterly plans, aligned with global priorities and regional goals with the Sr Manager, Regional Marketing.
- Support the activation of regional demand generation campaigns across digital and offline channels using existing global toolkits and templates.
- Work with the Global Events team to support the delivery of webinars, in-person events, and third-party sponsorships, handling coordination, content strategy, localization, and logistics.
- Work with the digital team to localize emails, campaign landing pages, and other campaign elements using marketing automation platforms.
- Assist with local content creation and translation coordination to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance.
- Collaborate closely with the NE Asia sales teams to ensure activity is aligned to target segments and sales follow-up is timely and effective.
- Help maintain lead hand-off processes and ensure campaign visibility through shared planning and regular touchpoints with Sales and SDRs.
- Work in close partnership with global campaign, digital, content, and creative teams to adapt and localize marketing materials.
- Ensure execution is aligned with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and platform best practices.
- Assist with tracking marketing expenses and processing invoices related to regional campaigns and events.
- Support vendor coordination for localized services such as content creation, research, translation or design as required.
- Track key marketing KPIs including MQLs, lead conversion, engagement metrics, and campaign performance via reporting dashboards.
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports for regional leadership, highlighting outcomes, learnings, and recommendations.
- Identify and surface customer success stories and advocacy opportunities to the Sr Manager and corporate marketing team.
- Support the coordination of local case study development and speaker participation for events and campaigns.
- Manage the day to day relationship with a local Japanese content agency to develop high-quality, evergreen marketing assets that align with the regional marketing plan and budget allocation.
- Assist in the creation of clear and detailed briefs to guide agency content development across digital, event, and sales enablement channels.
- Ensure timely delivery of content projects by managing schedules, deadlines, and review cycles with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor content quality, brand consistency, and messaging accuracy in collaboration with the global brand and content teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of marketing activities within set timelines and budget.
- Maintain campaign documentation, briefs, trackers, and project plans for visibility and alignment.
- Stay informed about marketing trends in the education and technology sectors across NE Asia.
- Actively contribute ideas to improve marketing execution and performance in Japan and South Korea.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, education, or technology sectors. - Ability to manage external agencies, with an understanding of briefing processes and communicating deliverables;
Understanding of Japan and South Korea’s business culture, (ideal) education systems, and marketing channels. - Native or fluent proficiency in Japanese and very strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience working with sales teams and understanding of sales-marketing alignment. - Excellent project management, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple projects across different countries.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with data to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.

Job Description
The Regional Marketing Coordinator – NE Asia plays a key role in supporting the execution of integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth across Japan and South Korea. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Regional Marketing, this role works closely with Sales, Corporate Marketing, and Digital teams, and supports collaboration with an external local content agency.
Responsibilities include supporting the localization of content, managing third-party partnerships, and ensuring high-quality, market-relevant execution across both countries.
The ideal candidate has a good understanding of the education landscape in Japan and South Korea, solid hands-on marketing execution skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across two culturally distinct markets. Fluency in Japanese and English is required to enable effective localization and cross-functional collaboration.
