- Ability to analyze and interpret professional journals and whitepapers, customer protocols, municipality or private service bid documents and or governmental regulations.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Salesforce experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid Driver's license and a good driving record is required.

- Successful track record managing a growing account portfolio & sales territory.
- The right individual will be self-motivated, with a high energy level and will take the initiative to research, make decisions, follow through on and accomplish multiple tasks with a sense of vision, detail, commitment, priority and urgency.
- Well-developed relationship management and consultative sales skills.
- Must possess above-average oral and written communication abilities, that includes the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from small and large groups.
- Physically capable of setting up and tearing down trade show booths and demo kits, may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
- A minimum of 3 years successful outside sales experience with documented annual achievement OR commensurate EMS/Fire/Pre-Hospital experience with associated certifications.
- College degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare is preferred.
- Will be responsible for maintaining and growing business with existing customers as well as cold calling to develop and enhance the customer base.
- Build, develop and manage accounts in an assigned territory.
- Carry out needed sales and service initiatives.
- Meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales quotas.
- Identify and qualify prospects by telephone, cold call premise visits, and networking.
- Develop proposals and conduct sales presentations for prospective customers.
- Analyze internal reporting to determine customer opportunities, volume potential, and time and territory development.
- Meet deadlines and requirements for contracts and bids in assigned territory.
- Represent AirLife at trade shows, conferences and association meetings to promote the brand.
- Work in conjunction with distribution counterparts to promote brand in assigned territory
- Must stay up to date with all training including Corp SOPs, product training, etc.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Sales Manager of the EMS division is responsible for calling on Emergency Medical Service Units, Fire Departments, Police Departments, Ambulance Services, and other pre-hospital and health-related organizations/personnel within an assigned territory. Will be responsible for maintaining and growing business with existing customers as well as cold calling to develop and enhance the customer base. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for providing product information and product demonstrations to customers, as well as working in tandem with local distribution counterparts in the assigned territory. Success in this role will be measured by expanding the number of AirLife products and overall revenue growth within the assigned territory.

Upwards of 70% of the time to meet the goals of the company through customer sites, attendance at trade shows, etc. Covering (IA, NE, KS, MO, OK, AR, LA, TX and NM).
