      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree required with 5+ years of experience as a top-level sales performer in the medical device or healthcare industry
      - 2+ years of sales leadership experience
      - Proven experience in hiring, developing, and managing a sales team
      - Strong background working with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs)
      - Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

      - Knowledge of the Welch Allyn product line portfolio
      - Familiarity with the posted region is strongly desired
      - Strong analytical problem-solving skills
