What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, develop, and close Distributed Antenna System (DAS) opportunities within the assigned region
- Maintain and grow relationships with Mobile Network Operator (MNO) accounts
- Develop and support Neutral Host (NH) and Third Party Owner (3PO) channels
- Collaborate with the Regional Applications Engineer for effective territory management
- Lead RFP responses and turnkey proposal development for projects in the region
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience with 3+ years of sales experience in the technology sector, preferably with hardware-related products
- Relevant experience working with key Mobile Network Operator (MNO) accounts
- Strong technical skills and knowledge
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and closing deals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a solutions-selling environment
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems such as HubSpot and NetSuite
- Background in technical product presentations to RF engineers and project managers
- Ability to manage travel expenses effectively within a budget
- Comfort with conducting regional training and certification classes
