What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals
- Manage the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing
- Help customers understand the value of the employer's offerings during the sales process
- Communicate the employer's value proposition across all organizational levels, from engineers to CxOs
- Forecast sales accurately and meet sales targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT Personas (CISO/CIOs)
- Experience with at least one earlier-stage start-up organization
- Proven track record of acquiring 5+ new logos annually and managing a complex sales process
- Experience selling through a channel-led approach
- Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology
