      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote and sell raised access floor products to exceed annual sales targets and key performance indicators
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, contractors, and dealers
      - Manage the budget and bid process, providing competitive pricing and following up on outstanding bids
      - Deliver presentations on products to enhance market presence and usage of raised access floors
      - Track project progress using Salesforce CRM, ensuring effective communication and customer support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales position
      - Experience in the architectural and/or mechanical engineering field is desirable
      - Familiarity with the data center sector is beneficial
      - Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills to establish long-term relationships
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce CRM
