      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, develop, and close Distributed Antenna System (DAS) opportunities within the assigned region
      - Maintain and grow Mobile Network Operator (MNO) accounts at the market level
      - Develop and support Neutral Host (NH) and Third Party Owner (3PO) channels
      - Collaborate with the Regional Applications Engineer to effectively manage territory and maximize customer visibility
      - Lead RFP responses and turnkey proposal development for projects within the region

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience with 3+ years of sales experience in the technology sector, preferably with hardware-related products
      - Relevant experience working with key MNO accounts
      - Strong technical skills and knowledge
      - Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and closing deals
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in solutions-selling environments
      - Familiarity with CRM and ERP software, specifically HubSpot and NetSuite
      - Comfort presenting to and interacting with RF engineers, Project Managers, and Construction Managers
      - Experience in hosting training and certification classes
