This is a fast‑paced, dynamic role that requires strong critical‑thinking skills, self‑motivation, and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across the facility. In addition to clinical response, the Rapid Response Team participates in process‑improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, standardize emergency practices, and support continuous quality improvement

      We’re Looking For:

      • ICU experience strongly preferred

      What You’ll Do:

      • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
