Pay Range: $39.57 – $53.34/hour (based on 17+ years of experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case basis
Schedule: Full-Time, Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Provide trauma and surgical support in a fast-paced OR setting
Deliver nursing care using evidence-based practices and the nursing process
Collaborate with surgical and clinical teams for optimal outcomes
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
Promote and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
Active Florida Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact RN license
Must meet Florida Board of Nursing regulations
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) – must obtain within 30 days of hire
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – must obtain within 30 days of hire
Minimum 2 years of experience in trauma or operating room acute care setting
Prior experience in Level I or II trauma centers preferred
Work in a recognized Level I Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center
