What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls, chats, and emails
- Accurately record details of customer interactions and manage assigned cases until resolution
- Research customer requests to offer timely and accurate solutions
- Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while assisting customers
- Navigate computer systems effectively to enhance customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of customer service experience, including roles in call centers, retail, or hospitality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Reliable availability to work shifts within the call center's operational hours

- Experience in a remote work environment
- Familiarity with automotive products or services
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
