      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer calls and chats from team members, assisting them with technical problems and documenting issues in the help desk ticketing system
      - Handle password reset requests and respond to emails promptly
      - Escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams as necessary
      - Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving
      - Assist in maintaining a positive and efficient team environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required
      - Willingness to learn and enhance technical skills
      - Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
      - Knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office applications, and Microsoft Outlook/Exchange
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role
      - Familiarity with ticketing systems and troubleshooting methodologies
      - Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team setting
      - Knowledge of additional software applications or IT concepts
