What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell and service Auto, Home, Life, and Property & Casualty insurance
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing and prospective customers
- Cross-sell and round accounts within an established book of business
- Maintain accurate records in agency systems
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior insurance experience with the employer required
- Active Florida Property & Casualty license required
- Life and Health license or ability to obtain
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
