What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation, service questions, and general inquiries
- Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager as necessary
- Build relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
- Accurately and concisely address customer questions, requests, and problems
- Provide administrative support to the customer service team and assist with overflow work as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service
- Strong telephone etiquette
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills
