What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own contract review for small to medium contracts
- Communicate and partner effectively with internal stakeholders, including business partners and the legal team
- Negotiate with vendors to finalize Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW)
- Guide internal stakeholders in following procurement processes and ensuring policy compliance
- Support new vendor onboarding and manage low-dollar sourcing for projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sourcing or indirect procurement experience
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness, with frequent use of chat tools like Slack
- Ability to work proactively and flexibly in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Generalist experience with exposure to professional services, BPO, marketing, IT software (SaaS), and IT hardware

- Experience in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships
- Familiarity with procurement processes and compliance policies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn and take ownership of projects
