- Follow up with open proposals that have not yet closed
- Re-engage warm leads through phone, text, and email
- Overcome objections and successfully close deals
- Track progress and results using CRM software
- Manage your own time and work independently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in rehash/follow-up sales, preferably in home improvement or service sales
- Strong skills in closing deals and handling objections
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote work environment
- Comfortable with a commission-only compensation structure
