What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct Zoom or phone meetings with qualified prospects, with appointments pre-booked
- Understand client needs and clearly present the employer's managed staffing solutions
- Close deals and guide clients through the onboarding and payment process
- Communicate feedback to the sales manager to improve close rates and client experience
- Maintain accurate deal tracking in the CRM
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a closer or account executive, preferably in B2B or service-based sales
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- High integrity and commitment to following through with clients
- Reliable internet connection and professional setup for client calls
