What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with clients to educate them on essential life and health insurance options
- Handle inbound calls from existing customers addressing service needs while also selling products
- Resolve inquiries related to billing, policy changes, claims, and sales
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Navigate technical issues independently to assist clients efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inbound/outbound call center
- Active Health and Life Insurance License in the state of residence
- Previous health and life sales experience
- Ability to connect and build rapport over the phone
- Good employment tenure and reliability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Highly driven and competitive nature
- Inbound call center experience
- Familiarity with navigating technical issues independently
- High-speed internet access
