What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer contacts in a fast-paced environment of a Fortune 250 company.
- Influence customer purchasing decisions by effectively promoting TV, internet, and wireless services.
- Maintain integrity and honesty in all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
- Competitive spirit, determination, resilience, and persuasive personality.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must have a smartphone/device with an active network connection.
- Home workspace equipped with wired internet, USB keyboard/mouse/headset/webcam, and 2+ monitors.

- Experience in a sales environment with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
