What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer contacts in a fast-paced environment, influencing purchasing decisions
- Promote and sell a suite of TV, internet, and wireless products and services
- Maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring honesty and integrity in all interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and performance targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Must possess a competitive spirit, determination, resilience, and persuasive personality
- Ability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Must have a smartphone/device with an active network connection and a suitable home workspace
