What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first-level technical assistance for consumers regarding high-speed internet services
- Resolve technical problems in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Troubleshoot issues related to internet connectivity and performance for client-specific services
- Manage trouble ticket systems for user issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain a positive attitude while addressing customer inquiries and concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be over 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Comfort with desktop computer systems and familiarity with operating systems and software
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
