- Tech Savvy and Windows Admin knowledgeable
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Server OS
- Experience using remote access software
- Experience in an IT helpdesk environment
- Prior experience with phone and ticket support
- Great reading capabilities and comprehension, as well as prior experience with following standard operating procedures and technical documentation
- Strong note taking skills
- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (Sorry, no Macs or Chromebooks)
- 12 GB of Ram
- Dual Monitors
- Quality headset with a noise canceling microphone
- Quiet workspace to take calls
- Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on phone
- Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures.

We are currently looking for experienced technical support representatives to join our team! In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries through inbound phone calls and emails, offering timely and effective support.
