What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer contacts in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Influence customer purchasing decisions by effectively presenting a range of TV, internet, and wireless products
- Maintain honesty and integrity in all customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to drive sales and achieve targets
- Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
- Must possess a competitive spirit, determination, resilience, and persuasive personality
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Must have a smartphone/device with an active network connection
- Ability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, or holidays

- Previous experience in a sales role within the telecommunications industry
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset
