      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and support the development and implementation of statistical analyses associated with the MHOS Analysis project
      - Coordinate with other Research Analysts, statisticians, and project management to ensure consistent methodologies
      - Manage and assess large, complex datasets for completeness, accuracy, and readiness for analysis
      - Support analysis of quality datasets to evaluate beneficiary outcomes and contract-level performance
      - Contribute to technical documentation, reports, and written summaries for CMS review and approval

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, public health, health services research, business analytics, or a related quantitative field (graduate degree preferred)
      - Experience supporting statistical or research analysis in healthcare, public health, or federal programs
      - Familiarity with HOS and HEDIS® data and their use in quality measurement and performance reporting
      - Strong technical, analytical, organizational, writing, and communication skills
      - Ability to synthesize complex analytic findings and communicate results to diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting CMS, Medicare Advantage, or other federal health quality measurement programs
      - Familiarity with survey-based analysis, patient-reported outcomes, and longitudinal data
      - Experience working in a CMS-style environment with formal review and documentation requirements
      - Proficiency with statistical or analytic tools such as SAS, R, SQL, or Stata
