What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct independent and collaborative research in unsupervised deep learning and computational imaging
- Develop mathematical and algorithmic foundations for deep unsupervised learning
- Test and demonstrate newly developed algorithms on various imaging applications
- Collaborate with multi-institutional research teams to achieve significant breakthroughs
- Provide mentorship and leadership in research initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate in Electrical & Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related fields
- Strong background in machine learning and optimization
- Motivation to perform rigorous scientific research independently and collaboratively
- Vision for leadership in research
- Expected to have a PhD by the start date
