      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently perform laboratory experiments to achieve project objectives
      - Analyze data and present results in an organized manner
      - Collaborate with scientists from various disciplines in cross-divisional teams
      - Maintain a detailed laboratory notebook and present progress to the group
      - Complete necessary training classes and uphold a safe working environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, or a similar discipline, or a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of laboratory experience
      - Experience with molecular and cellular biology techniques, including mammalian tissue culture, PCR, microscopy, and/or flow cytometry
      - Previous experience in animal handling and procedures is a plus
      - Background in Cancer Biology or Neuroscience is advantageous
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in laboratory research within a biosciences context
      - Familiarity with SRI's intellectual property guidelines
      - Previous involvement in cross-disciplinary research projects
