      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Rotate through various radio functions or focus on a specific area such as sales, programming, or events
      - Conduct research and analysis of brands and talents' social media strategies
      - Provide weekly digital reports for EVPP summaries within the radio division
      - Participate in weekly presentations for talents, programmers, and shows
      - Assist in developing and broadening interest in iHeartMedia via social platforms

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including active listening and proofreading abilities
      - Strong planning and organizing skills with attention to detail
      - Leadership skills in peer relationships
      - Ability to work independently and efficiently
      - Minimum 3.2 GPA and currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate (rising Junior or Senior) in a four-year college

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Work experience in the media field
      - Career interest in the media industry
      - Field of study related to media, such as Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or Broadcast Journalism
      - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various social media platforms
