What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research, develop, and iterate on machine learning models to improve consumer insights
- Drive and manage your own project roadmap, balancing rapid iteration with in-depth development
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Scientists, and Engineers on various projects to enhance understanding of members
- Stay current with research on sequential models, LLMs, and best practices in machine learning
- Present research findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences across the company
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced degree (PhD) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on machine learning or artificial intelligence
- Substantial industry experience in building scalable machine learning models and translating them into business impact
- Strong software engineering skills in Python and proficiency in frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Ability to pivot between research goals and implementing end-to-end solutions effectively
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical details to diverse audiences
