What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with inbound leads and set up services for new residential customers
- Create quotes using proprietary CRM software
- Collaborate with field operations supervisors to initiate new services with clients
- Upsell additional services to existing clients
- Handle 80 to 100 inbound calls per day
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of call center experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to work standard office hours in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated and self-driven individual
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of remote inbound sales experience
- Previous experience in a telephone-based sales role
- Familiarity with CRM systems
