What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create quotes through the employer's proprietary CRM software
- Collaborate with field operations supervisors to initiate new services for clients
- Engage in upselling additional services to existing customers
- Handle 80 to 100 inbound calls daily while maintaining effective communication
- Work under the Sales Manager to support growth in local markets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be fluent in English with effective communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for daily tasks
- Ability to work standard office hours in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer interaction in a business-to-consumer role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of experience in remote inbound sales
- Previous sales experience that demonstrates success in a telephone-based role
- Familiarity with CRM software to enhance sales processes
