What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee operational functions in Retail to reduce errors and enhance efficiency
- Engage in projects impacting Retail, ensuring comprehensive training and resource availability
- Conduct quality control and risk mitigation tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Provide exceptional member service and serve as a resource for Retail staff and vendors
- Develop and implement procedures to keep retail staff informed and compliant with regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum of 3 years of banking and/or credit union operations experience
- Must be bondable
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and proficiency in personal computer use
- Reliable internet access of 50MBPS or higher
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using 10-key keyboard, Glia engagement system, and Fiserv DNA banking platform
- Outgoing, collaborative, and solution-driven personality
