What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store environment
- Support and promote store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
- Accurately process customer purchases and returns, following established procedures
- Uphold merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
- Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capability to multi-task and respond to unexpected situations
