      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage healthcare IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
      - Monitor and track project progress, documenting issues and risks while escalating as necessary
      - Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and drive project progress
      - Coach and mentor project managers in best practices for managing schedules, budgets, and risks
      - Ensure project quality and adherence to PMO processes for the team of project managers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required
      - Hands-on project management experience required, particularly in Revenue Cycle management
      - Bachelor's degree required; technical fields such as computer science or engineering preferred
      - 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
      - PMI or PMP certification strongly preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ServiceNow preferred
      - Proven ability to coach and mentor project managers in managing project schedules and risks
      - Familiarity with monitoring and driving project quality for a team of project managers
      - Experience onboarding newly hired project managers in PMO processes
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
