      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the end-to-end annual compensation review process within Workday, including system preparation and final processing
      - Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and ensure pay equity and market competitiveness
      - Participate in market salary surveys and develop competitive salary structures
      - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws through regular audits within Workday
      - Support the development and delivery of training materials related to compensation programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
      - 8+ years of progressive compensation experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years focused on Workday compensation management
      - Proficiency in Workday configuration, including business processes and reports
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex data clearly
      - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Workday HCM, Workday Advanced Compensation, and Workday Pro certifications
      - Experience designing and managing sales compensation plans
      - Deep understanding of compensation processes and Workday-based solutions
      - Ability to navigate complex organizational changes and influence stakeholders
