      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Payments Operations Lead in managing payment workflows, including ACH, wire transfers, and card payments
      - Monitor and reconcile payment activity, addressing discrepancies and transaction issues
      - Coordinate refund processes and maintain communication with internal teams and customers
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment-related issues
      - Participate in projects aimed at improving payment accuracy and operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2–4 years of experience in Payment Operations, Financial Operations, or a related field
      - Working knowledge of ACH, wire transfers, and card payment systems
      - Strong attention to detail with experience in handling complex reconciliations
      - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth startup environments
      - Familiarity with SQL or basic data analysis tools
      - Exposure to risk or compliance operations
      - Experience with customer support systems like Zendesk or Salesforce
