What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a shift supervisor, overseeing clinical functions, staffing assignments, and care coordination
- Serve as the primary onsite leader in the absence of the Nurse Manager
- Manage patient placement and throughput effectively
- Provide performance feedback and conduct unit orientation for clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and promote patient safety
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of inpatient hospital nursing experience
- Previous charge, lead, or supervisory nursing experience
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Washington State
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BSN or higher degree
- Experience in a surgical or orthopedic nursing setting
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
