      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with robotic program stakeholders to establish program goals and metrics for the HUGO™ RAS-system
      - Develop and coordinate training plans for surgeons and hospital staff, ensuring successful adoption of the technology
      - Attend surgical cases to support learning sessions for surgeons and staff
      - Utilize change management strategies to engage clinical stakeholders and secure buy-in for technology adoption
      - Track milestones and demonstrate value delivered to pilot sites

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree at a minimum; preferably a Master’s Degree
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience within a clinical environment or with Medtronic robotic products/procedures
      - Willingness to travel throughout the territory (>75%)
      - Strong communication and presentation skills for conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

      - Knowledge and experience in operating rooms and surgical procedures
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to drive ideas from conception to execution
      - Familiarity with hospital workflows and healthcare environments
      - Experience in change management and process optimization
      - Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
