      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and successfully convert strategic partnerships with key financial entities in the sales region
      - Develop a retirement plan sales pipeline through key relationships and internal prospecting
      - Convert retirement plan opportunities into sales using a repeatable and scalable process
      - Provide product demos and maintain in-depth knowledge of retirement plan record-keeping and administration
      - Manage and deliver on sales and revenue targets for plan sponsors in the region

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in retirement, FinTech, or a similar industry
      - Intimate knowledge of how retirement plan advisors build and manage their practices
      - Proven track record of managing sales regions and exceeding sales targets
      - Ability to carry a plan sale through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to conversion
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling retirement plan record-keeping and administration
      - Previous coverage of the small and emerging corporate retirement plan market
      - Strong understanding of the roles of record-keepers, TPAs, and 3(16) administrators
      - FS certifications such as Series 7, 66, or 65 from a registered investment advisor, CFA, etc.
