      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop industry-leading employee safety resources, including safety programs and presentations
      - Research and evaluate content needs, analyzing and reporting on content utilization
      - Independently research industry publications to inform and enhance future content
      - Track and analyze employee safety trends to inform content development
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize content specifications and functionality changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and experience in the insurance industry or employee safety settings
      - Experience in loss control or employee safety roles
      - Demonstrated knowledge of employee safety concepts and terminology
      - Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
      - Strong written communication skills with the capacity to create reader-friendly documents

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Completed or working toward risk management, employee safety, and insurance certifications such as Associate Safety Professional (ASP) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
      - Working knowledge of OSHA standards and ANSI/NFPA standards
      - Ability to explain complex risk management topics in an understandable way
