What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first-level financial application support for the employer's client base
- Troubleshoot issues and communicate solutions effectively to non-technical users
- Exercise sound judgment to independently define, investigate, and resolve problems
- Manage multiple assignments while determining and organizing priorities
- Deliver high-quality training content tailored to clients' specific circumstances
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with and/or implementing Sage Intacct or similar ERP packages
- Extensive knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Office or other applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in person and remotely
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision
