      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide information and analysis to customers regarding order fulfillment, status, and inventory availability
      - Assist customers with sales opportunities through product knowledge and cross-selling techniques
      - Collaborate with Sales executives on proactive customer outreach and selling initiatives
      - Ensure timely and professional responses to customer and sales representative inquiries
      - Manage customer order placement and overall order management efficiently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and additional software tools
      - Minimum of 2 years of previous work experience preferred
      - Strong customer service mindset with a willingness to exceed expectations
      - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - BS/BA or equivalent degree
      - Background in Retail or Golf Pro Shops is a plus
      - Familiarity with the apparel industry
