What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between Sales Managers and clients in their absence, handling booking inquiries and preparing necessary paperwork
- Utilize various software packages to create contracts, correspondence, and other essential documents
- Answer phone inquiries and direct calls appropriately while recording messages for staff
- Distribute documents to ensure timely processing of information by hotel and supplier staff
- Manage individual reservations for VIP clients, coordinating with other departments as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Previous hotel experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge of administrative tasks, including business correspondence and telephone etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to input and access information accurately
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style for different audiences

- Experience in a customer service role within the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with filing systems and organizational skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and diplomacy
