What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive financial results in-store by achieving and exceeding sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Lead customer service initiatives to promote brand awareness and ensure exceptional service
- Facilitate team development through training, coaching, and recognition of performance
- Implement operational strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure counter readiness
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with store teams to maximize sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the beauty industry
- At least 2 years of beauty retail management experience
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to influence others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
