What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue and secure new clients
- Identify and pursue high-value prospects that align with the agency’s offerings
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and closing
- Cultivate strong relationships with CMOs, marketing directors, and key decision-makers
- Collaborate with leadership to drive the agency’s overall marketing and lead generation efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency
- Strong knowledge of branding, social media marketing, paid media, and digital marketing strategies
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Exceptional networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and sales automation software
