      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and engage accounts with no current business, driving new business acquisition
      - Develop and execute territory strategies to generate leads and convert opportunities
      - Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract close
      - Build and maintain strong competitive product knowledge to effectively communicate value
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - Minimum of 4 years of proven success in medical sales, ideally within the diagnostics space
      - Deep understanding of laboratory and point-of-care settings, as well as health system operations
      - Track record of success with competitive conversions from lead generation to close
      - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (up to ~50% travel)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or life sciences
      - Experience working with Distribution Partners
      - Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze healthcare market data
      - Excellent interpersonal skills with documented success in team selling environments
      - Skilled negotiator with a strong track record of securing beneficial agreements
