What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify target markets and develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) in collaboration with the sales team
- Execute multichannel outreach campaigns through personalized email sequences and structured timelines
- Perform social media prospecting to engage leads on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook
- Conduct high-volume phone outreach to initiate conversations or follow up on digital outreach
- Track and report lead engagement, maintaining accurate records in HubSpot, Asana, and Excel
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program (business, marketing, communications, or related preferred)
- Clear communicator with strong writing and persuasion skills
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and navigating online platforms
- Competitive mindset with self-motivation to thrive on challenges and results
- Organized and accountable, taking ownership of work and results
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Past sales, outreach, or club leadership experience
- Experience with CRM or outreach tools (like HubSpot)
