What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct daily outreach via phone and email to new prospects within the target list
- Develop effective email topics and campaigns to generate interest from prospects
- Review analytics from monthly email campaigns and follow up on areas of opportunity
- Maintain accurate and timely notes within the CRM and assist with validating current data records
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual performance targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills and active listening abilities
- Proven adaptability and time management skills
- Experience with CRM tools for maintaining client data
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Attention to detail in all aspects of work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in a sales or business development role
- Familiarity with social media tools for business development purposes
- Experience in outreach campaigns and client engagement strategies
- Understanding of analytics and performance metrics in email marketing
