What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Salesforce training for new Account Managers and internal partners to ensure proficiency in system use
- Generate comprehensive CSI reports and maintain data integrity within SFDC
- Collaborate with marketing to create engaging newsletters and promotional materials
- Serve as a backup for Account Managers and assist in customer onboarding processes
- Organize Lunch & Learn sessions to promote products and services effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous commercial support experience is required
- High school education or equivalent is required
- Ability to learn Salesforce and other employer systems is required
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with customers and internal teams
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and support team needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Residing in the Denver metro area
- Familiarity with Salesforce and design background
- Experience in market research and customer insight documentation
