      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing existing customer relationships
      - Spend 70% of time prospecting high-volume targets and 20% on client retention
      - Create strategic business plans and consistently achieve sales quotas
      - Grow revenue by effectively prospecting target customers and delivering compelling value propositions
      - Negotiate agreements and maintain expertise in Anatomic Pathology products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of successful healthcare sales experience, preferably in product and service sales
      - 2+ years of anatomical pathology sales experience preferred
      - A bachelor's degree from an accredited university
      - Ability to travel 60% (up to 90%) and work flexible hours when required
      - Strong customer service focus and ability to build long-term, profitable relationships
