      Cyber Advisors LLC, (CA) headquartered in Maple Grove, MN, is looking for an experienced Sales Director. CA is a steadily growing IT managed services provider (MSP) and Cyber security business that specializes in a very high-quality, customer-focused approach to designing, managing, and maintaining our customer's IT environment. We have invested a tremendous amount of time to develop our technology, processes, and support platform. We are now adding to our team of outstanding individuals to help in our growth.       This is a full-time position- Hybrid. Working hours are Monday-Friday. Must be based in the Twin Cites area.

      ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      A sales leadership role that supports direct selling team members and focused Professional Services, Managed Services and Products.

      SALES LEADERSHIP
      • Cultivate and maintain relationships throughout the organization in sales and service.
      • Develop and coach sales executives to achieve the highest levels of performance.
      • Track, identify, and report on sales forecast, pipeline, and closed results.
      • Build connections with top executives and maintain strong, high-level relationships within key accounts.
      • Guide sales executives through skilled discovery, sales strategy, and pricing methods.
      • Create sales development strategies, growth plans, and detailed goals.
      • Conduct sales presentations and leverage sales enablement tools.
      • Work as a team with sales, specialists and architects to develop client solutions.
      • Drive team to maintain accurate forecast and pipeline in the CRM system.
      • Own and attain annual sales targets within assigned territory and sales personnel.
      • Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
      • Effectively communicate the value proposition and guide sales on adoption.
      • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
      • Identify forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
      • Sales Overlay resource for sales account executives.
      • Guide team on developing pitches, quality presentations, sequences, and campaigns.
      • Lead and mentor the sales team on increasing performance.
      • Ensure solution design will meet or exceed client expectations.
      • Confirm Cyber Advisors' technical capabilities align with customer requirements.

      • IT and Cyber Security Professional Services
      • Managed IT and Cyber Security Services
      • Cyber Security frameworks and requirements
      • Datacenter infrastructure (Servers, storage, networking, data protection)
      • IT security products and providers
      • Private, hybrid, and public cloud solutions
      • Sales and marketing tools, such as customer relationship management systems

      QUALIFICATIONS
      • Proven history of sales leadership and top performing teams.
      • Dedication to customer and employee satisfaction.
      • Focus on continuous self-improvement and practice self-awareness.
      • Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, clearly and concisely present issues, alternatives, and recommendation(s).
      • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, aggressive targets, and deadlines.
      • Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
      • Strong trouble-shooting skills across a broad and diverse population and environment.
      • Capable of managing internal business goals, key objectives, strategies, and financial performance.
      • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director.
      • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
      • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closing.
      • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
      • Proven ability to position products against competitors.

      EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

      Credentials:
      • Proven sales experience - 7+ years of relevant experience
      • Minimum technical degree. Bachelor's degree preferred.
      • Experience in selling cyber security and managed service solutions.
      • Experience with team leadership, development, and management
