What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers in understanding the value of the employer's solutions during the sales process
- Demonstrate product features and address customer inquiries during initial sales calls
- Support customers throughout proof of concept sessions
- Document interesting use cases in blog posts and product documentation
- Collaborate with team members across various time zones, occasionally working outside standard hours
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security
- Background in sales engineering, professional services, or customer support
- Familiarity with the employer's product and willingness to provide feedback
- Must reside in Boston
- Experience working remotely

- Proven ability to engage with customers and effectively communicate technical concepts
- Previous experience in a similar role within the data management or IT solutions industry
